Hi, I’m Janette —
though in this space, I go by Janetteji, a name shared with warmth and respect within the practice. I guide others through yoga, breathwork, and Human Design, while continuing to walk my own path of transformation.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked in the world of business and finance, helping entrepreneurs find clarity, structure, and confidence in their path. But alongside strategy and spreadsheets, I’ve also been on a quieter, more personal journey; one rooted in the body, the breath, and the subtle energy that shapes how we lead and live.
What began as a personal practice in yoga and Human Design has grown into a powerful extension of the work I do: guiding others in reconnecting to themselves through conscious movement, breath, and energetic awareness.
My classes are designed to help you come back to your own rhythm. They weave together yogic wisdom, breathwork, and Human Design; all attuned to the current energies we’re moving through, individually and collectively.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about softening into what’s already here.
