Human Design is a blend of Quantum Physics, I Ching, the Chakra system, and the Kabbalah. The bodygraph is your blueprint which maps out your unique characteristics and how to best engage with the world around you. The Centers are the geometric shapes located inside the bodygraph. Defined centers are colored shapes, and undefined centers are blank shapes. Each center has a unique attribute and can reveal potential blocks, as centers can become deeply conditioned by your upbringing and environment.

A quick way to identify blocks is through centers where you may be acting from a place of not-self (conditioning from your environment). Most of us operate from a place of not-self, which becomes part of our habits, and it's hard to identify who we're here to be. The challenge is not to make decisions from the mind, as it distorts reality, and making decisions from reason will turn into not-self decisions. As you start questioning your habits and identify blocks, you begin to live life by your design. Ultimately, decision-making should come from your strategy and authority.
